Defense packs are envelope, silent watch, and traceability
A marketplace 12V brick is the wrong response to a vehicle or dismount RFQ. We need the voltage the platform already uses, the envelope, and the standard number in the solicitation.
Platform first
Tactical vehicles, silent-watch loads, dismount radios, and ground support are different mechanical problems. Tell us which one. A single “military-grade” paragraph cannot size all of them.
Conformal wearable packs have their own page because the envelope is the product. Vehicle trays and 6T-style form factors are custom quotes, not a resized marine battery.
What the RFQ has to contain
Voltage, peak and continuous current, temperature, the MIL-STD or other dash number you are actually invoking, and whether the pack is inside a classified or export-controlled technical package. We will not accept export-controlled data through a public form.
ChargeX manufactures in the US. Transport paperwork is UN38.3. Government bids can cite CAGE 93CZ2 and DUNS 109774429. Other marks (UL 1973, MIL-STD dash numbers, DO-160) depend on the SKU — we send the report we actually have, not a logo on a slide.
What this page will not do
We do not invent field anecdotes or failure rates for another vendor. Compare published specs. We will send ours.
Public product examples that already exist on this site (named defense SKUs) stay on their own pages. This article is the quoting rule, not a catalog.
Questions we get on this use case
Is every pack on this site MIL-STD certified?
No. A bid that requires a specific dash number gets that report or a clear “not on this SKU.” “MIL-STD certified” without a number is not a bid response.
Where do wearable batteries go?
The conformal wearable battery page. Vehicle and base power stay in this defense quote path.
How do I start a quote?
Voltage, envelope drawing or tray photo, load profile, and the standard number. Use the contact form for unclassified RFQs.
